Why Rock Comp Scoring?

The PROBLEM… as competitive indoor climbing has grown in popularity, so has the time it takes to manually score a comp and hand out awards. Before Rock Comp Scoring was launched, one person would enter a hundred paper scorecards into a spreadsheet to score a comp… delaying the posting of results and presentation of awards for hours or days. We asked… if every competitor has access to a smart phone at the comp, why can’t we leverage those devices to score comps faster?

The SOLUTION… instead of 1 person processing 100 scorecards… now 100 climbers each process 1 scorecard. Results are available as soon as the comp is concluded and all climbers have submitted their own results!
